Shipping & returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Oslo, Norway. While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Norway: 1-3 days

Rest of Scandinavia: 4-7

Rest of the world: 10-15 days

World Ambassadeurs is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact hello@worldambassadeurs.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 

 

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, World Ambassadeurs reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit / debit card when placing an order.

 

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

 

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may be charged when merchandise is returned without the polybag, worn/damaged, care label removed, etc. Restocking fees may also be charged if merchandise is returned without all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories. Restocking fees are deducted from the customer's refund on original purchase when an item is returned.

 

Returns

Domestic orders can be returned within 30 days of the order being received. International orders will incur a fee for processing. 
All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will incur a restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 30 days of delivery. You can contact hello@worldambassadeurs.com to initiate your return.

 

What is the procedure of a return?
Within the first period of 15 days, you must inform us that you want to return your order.
After you have informed us, a second period of 15 days start in which you must return your order to World Ambassadeurs. 

 

How soon will I get my refund? 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged within 30 days of the order being placed. 
In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items for the proper item or size for free within 30 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.
